The Orangetheory Fitness group gym training session is 60 minutes long and is centered in three main areas: indoor rowing, treadmill training, and weight room and/or resistance training blocks.
During your session, you will wear a heart rate monitor to ensure that you are getting the most effective calorie burn possible. When you monitor your heart rate in your workout and are able to land within the perfect range, you stimulate your metabolism and increase your energy to where you have extra energy and continue to burn additional calories for up to 36 hours following your fitness session.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
